Study On Schedule Management Of Intelligent Video Surveillance System Construction Project In D City

Video surveillance system plays a more and more important role in urban management,emergency management and emergency command in the construction of intelligent city.After many years undefined development,the theory system of project management has been perfect,timely and scientifically adopted quality,schedule and cost control,which is the key to ensure the realization of project objectives.However,the research on the progress control of the intelligent video surveillance system construction project is still less.This paper takes the D city intelligent video surveillance system construction project as the research object,the progress plan,the progress deviation,Time limit optimization and safeguard measures are studied.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management,the progress management of D city intelligent video surveillance system construction project is discussed from the aspects of project schedule planning and project schedule control.Through applying the knowledge of project schedule management,drawing up progress plan and using earned value method S curve method to analyze the deviation of project schedule,the influencing factors of project schedule deviation are analyzed,and the optimization goal is determined.The optimization criteria and methods,the formulation of optimization schemes,the scientific shortening of the construction period,the control of the planned duration of the project within the predetermined objectives,and the beginning of the research process from the aspects of personnel,equipment,technology,materials,etc.The progress guarantee measures of this kind of information system project are summarized.Hope this paper can provide some ideas and reference for other city video surveillance system project construction.
