The rapid development and wide application of Internet technology and communication technology,which is the core of Internet technology,lead us to the new century.In the 21 st century,e-commerce vendors such as ‘taobao’ have sprung up,leading to the arrival of the C2 C business model.They have established a consumer interface on the Internet platform and completed a wide link between the most common individual consumers in the country and merchants.At present,Take-out food market is becoming a hot spot of O2 O model,but due to the fact that the restaurants have different resources,we design a multi-function Take-out food order distribution management system in the project,which can also do allocation of resources for restaurants to provide scheme to meet the requirements of O2 O.In the survey of User satisfaction questionnaire based on the delivery software service,it is not difficult to find that consumers are sensitive and strict about the speed of food delivery.Among the interviewees,nearly forty percent of respondents from objectively denied "when Take-out food sent ’me’ first,will make other people receive late" facts,and those respondents subjectively believe that "as frequent customers of the store,delivery speed will be faster than new customers".The main reasons for these cognitive biases are the following three.First there is no systematic management of distribution schemes.Second,distribution resources are not properly allocated.Third,the restaurant does not have sufficient time to serve each customer.Based on the analysis of the survey status,this project has designed a multi-platform catering delivery data order management distribution system.The system provides a single module for the restaurant,whose core is the order management module and order calculation module of the restaurant administrator.The former includes basic functions such as booking products,online comments and viewing orders.Among them,booking is to solve the preorder problem of user "reverse habituation" by relaxing the order time limit of the user,setting the expected arrival time.The latter includes basic order management functions such as menu management,knight management and order management,as well as Multi-platform data integration,online scheduling and path-assisted computing.The online scheduling uses heuristic algorithm to allocate orders in real time,of which the input of the algorithm comes from the Multi-platform data of order management module,which restricts the available resources of knight management.The output is the availability of knight’s distribution scheme and on-the-way time display.The experimental basis of selecting heuristic algorithm and the experimental algorithm are given to solve the "condition invariance of the algorithm efficiency" when considering the delay of time window.The path assist calculation gives up the "one-click" calculation of online scheduling,but is still "one-time computation".Through the internal logic and unity design of the five parameters,the multi-schedule combined real-time computing matrix which meets the requirement of one dimension time,and includes the auxiliary decision system with with reminding.
