In recent years,with the prosperous development of science and technology,the performance requirements of weapons and equipments are becoming higher and higher.Radar is an important military equipment,and with the improvement of the performance indicators of military radar,it also puts forward higher requirements for the power station system that supplies radar.How to provide military ground radar with advanced performance,high safety,high reliability,high mobility,and strong environmental adaptability mobile power supply has become an urgent problem.The power station automatic control system possessing the above advantage determines the performance and quality of power supply.This paper designed a set of military ground radar station automatic control system,using dedicated controllers and their function modularization thought,advanced industrial control technology and computer technology to improve the reliability and economy of ground radar station system.This topic is about a power station automatic control system designed for a certain military ground radar product.This control system mainly contains two parts: diesel engine control system and generator control system.Diesel engine control system is mainly composed by diesel engine dedicated controller,electronic speed governor and its matching actuator and sensor,as well as various parameter indicating meters and control switch corresponding to diesel engine.Those compositions are applied for the engine's start-up,operation,parameters display,shut down and its failure protection.In generator control system,voltage of the generator is controlled by automatic voltage regulator(AVR),electric parameters are measured and displayed by dedicated generator monitor,which is also in charge of the corresponding protection and other functions.When the diesel engine reaches the rated speed,voltage regulator will automatically build up the voltage,and ensure the generator's voltage under various working conditions is stable at the set value about 400 V.The generator excitation can be adjusted rapidly when the load is suddenly changed,so that generator's voltage will be quickly recover,meanwhile the command of the reactive equalization device is accepted,and the reactive power is evenly distributed when generators are in parallel.This system automatically controls two 75 KW diesel generator sets(400V,50Hz): realize synchronization automatic parallel operation,and automatic split function.Diesel engine controller and generator monitor both have RS232/485 communication interface,using MOBUS communication mode,to achieve the communication with the main monitoring computer and realize the three remote function.This paper discussed the optimization of control systems for various functional module,and used graphical user interface to ensure the main monitoring computer equipped with monitoring,display,and recording functions,which makes it betteradapted to the higher requirement of military ground radar systems.
