Design And Implementation Of Load-Balance Based On Distribute Router

At present,whether in the campus network,enterprise network,or data center,the data traffic exceeds the initial design,and the data traffic shows an explosive growth.Even if the network is constructed according to the optimal configuration at that time,it will soon reach saturation.How to make full use of the capabilities of existing network facilities to achieve a balanced distribution of traffic among multiple network devices,and a load balancing mechanism emerged.The load balancing mechanism makes full use of the data processing capabilities of the network devices and increases the flexibility and scalability of the network.Campus network is usually constructed in a tree structure.From the access to the convergence to the core,the network traffic from the bottom to the top gradually converges.The closer the device is to the network core,the higher the performance and capacity requirements for forwarding.In the convergence and core are usually distributed processing equipment,which is a central control card for all service forwarding board cards and multiple service forwarding boards.Because the service forwarding board is limited by the CPU processing capacity and memory capacity,the forwarding capacity,number of sessions,and routing table capacity are always limited.Therefore,this thesis proposes a scheme that implements a load-balanced board and uses a load-balancing mechanism to divert service traffic from existing networks to individual service boards,thereby improving overall forwarding performance and capacity.This thesis designs a set of distributed router forwarding system with basic three-layer forwarding ablity,and realizes the load balancing function based on the distributed router forwarding system.This article analyzes how to improve the forwarding performance of three-layer.Based on this,a load balancing board software system is designed for the scenario of campus network load balancing.
