| In recent years,along with the development of economy and the progress of society,tax collection and management has been continuously strengthened.The daily information management work of Local Taxation Bureau has undergone great changes both in content and form.Especially in the management system,the vertical management is used,and the workload of the personnel information management is greatly increased.In order to further meet the current needs of personnel information management,assist and standardize personnel information management,strengthen standardized construction of daily personnel business,and improve the efficiency of data query,statistics and analysis in personnel management.Based on the in-depth research and analysis of the excellent personnel management system software at home and abroad,and taking advantage and characteristics of it,and starting from the actual situation of our company,we have developed and designed the personnel information management system and applied it to the actual local tax personnel work.This topic first starts with the background and significance of personnel information management system,summarizes the research trends at home and abroad,and clarified the main contents according to the goals and contents of the system.Combined with computer database,software and network development technology,the feasibility of establishing personnel information management system based on computer is analyzed and demonstrated.It is concluded that personnel information management system has advantages in information expression,transmission,security and query.Construction of the three layer structure model of C/S software technology,software architecture and database development technology based on knowledge as a whole,and with clear and intuitive interface,convenient operation,flexible and easy to understand for the target,the final design,prepare for the Bureau of personnel information management system.By integrating all kinds of personnel information,the system improves the efficiency of personnel department,reduces the cost of manpower,and promotes the level of personnel service of the Local Taxation Bureau to a new level. |
