The Design And Implementation Of Administrative Law Enforcement Management System In Yunnan

Administrative law enforcement,which is the embodiment of the principle of governing a country according to law,plays an indispensible role in rectifying and standardizing our socialist market economy.By integrating MVC framework and Eclipse technology with visual programming technology,the JSP based administrative law enforcement management information system can be processed more conveniently and efficiently.I participated in the project of developing the legal basis for administrative law enforcement management system,law enforcement program management,case management,instruments and illegal statistical management.The Details are set out as follows:(1)Functional Analysis and Modeling of Administrative Law Enforcement Management System: This paper proves the feasibility of system development from the perspective of technology development,economic cost,operation management,social effect and etc.Meanwhile,by adopting two key technologies-UML use case diagram and lane diagram for System functions modeling,coupled with export the system’s logical business processing and data processing operations,the system function for concurrent throughput,security,defense,data storage capacity and other aspects of the performance can be greatly improved,thus enhancing the system’s logical business response capability and speed.(2)Attainment and Test of Function of Administrative Law Enforcement Management System: in the process of operation for Administrative Law Enforcement Management System,it is necessary to preserve and put in order the information regarding the relevant in order to better grasp the logic of business information for administrative law enforcement.In this paper,by communicating with the relevant government departments,analyzing their business needs,the author combines the organization structure,regional information,department information and personnel information of the provincial safety supervision bureau and analyzes the rules.The design results show that it can meet the normal work requirements makes no error.The test results show that it can meet the requirements of the data.The performance test results show that it can support hundreds of multi-user concurrent access to the system content,the response speed is faster,the processing security is higher,and the performance of the system is improved.To meet the system using the perception function.The system is now on line,test run in good condition,administrative law enforcement management system on the work of the Safety Supervision Bureau to play a certain degree of standardization and promotion,improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.
