With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the rapid popularization of smart phones,a sharp increase in the number of mobile users leads to the explosive growth of data traffic and user demand for data services is becoming more and more diversified,which puts great pressure on operators.Operators need to constantly improve the quality of network services to maintain good customer loyalty,so as to operators can win a solid market position.In order to further improve the quality of network and user satisfaction,it is urgent for the operators to monitor and analyze the network in real time.This thesis relies on the National Science and Technology Major Project “New generation broadband wireless mobile communication network”.Based on the background of LTE-A network,this thesis gives the framework of LTE-A user perception analysis system,especially designs and implements the Uu interface perception monitoring module,and the data is analyzed by FAHP-CPA method.This thesis mainly expounds the LTE-A user perception analysis system from the following three aspects:1.This thesis firstly explains the theoretical knowledge of LTE-A network,including Uu interface,some key message process of Uu interface and so on,and analyzes the system function of the LTE-A user perception analysis system,the function of each module in the system is analyzed in detail.On this basis,the overall design scheme of the Uu interface perception monitoring module is proposed.2.According to the overall design scheme of Uu interface perception monitoring module,the main modules of LTE-A user perception analysis system are designed and implemented,including simple decoding module,detailed decoding module,signaling synthesis module and perception analysis module.Each module uses the modular idea to complete the corresponding decoding function independently.Among them,the simple decoding module completes key field analysis;detailed decoding module completes all information analysis of the original data;signaling synthesis module uses the hash algorithm and the time-out management mechanism to associate the message effectively and synthesizes a complete message process;perception analysis module includes index evaluation model construction and algorithm research,and completes index analysis and user perception evaluation.3.The performance of the LTE-A user perception analysis system is verified by sample data,and the index of the network quality which affects the user perception is analyzed.The FAHP-CPA method is used to comprehensively analyze the data.The test and analysis results show that the system is stable and reliable,which achieves the anticipated goal and provides some reference value for the operators to analyze the quality of network services.At last,the research results which have been completed are summarized;then this thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the subject and future research prospect is proposed.
