Open-ended Funds Transfer Agent System is one of the core information system of the fund assets management company and also is the foundation of the whole company business,which can process and maintain the most important business data of enterprise’s,whose function of which is to complete daily liquidation of fund accounts and transactions.In recent years,with the development of economic and social development,the growth of civilians’ amount of savings,the awareness-raising of finance and investment and the rapid growth of open-ended funds market size,which resulted in the amount of fund asset management companies transaction and the number of users a rapid growth situation.The speed of liquidation,the risk early warning of data,detection and reporting capacities of errors and the periodic and repeatable liquidation,the business requirements of these fields have been unable to satisfied by the existing Transfer Agent System,which may lead to the growth of the risk of companies’ business opperation.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a Transfer Agent System with faster liquidation speed,higher accuracy,periodically repeatable liquidation,good capacities of detecting and reporting errors and the risk early warning.The subject of this thesis is that,it will make the part of the largest liquidation workload and the most time-consuming from single task mode to multi-task mode with concurrent liquidation method.In order to ensure the accuracy of the liquidation results,after each liquidation phase,the balance inspection step will be added and the step can be configured through the database which is to to achieve more flexible control of plugs in and out.For the liquidation risk,the risk early warning function will be adopted which is to detect the risk earlier and to control the risk in a smaller scope.According to the characteristics and requirements of this thesis,the system uses C/S three-layer structure.The client is responsible for the operation request and results display for the liquidation,the server is responsible for the business logic and data processing and database is responsible for data access.Considering the development efficiency and team technology reserve,Pro*C language will be adopted as programming language,which is to achieve more flexible access and processing of data.The TUXEDO technology will be adopted as middleware which is to achieve more efficient,rapid development and more stable,more convenient,safer and more flexible service deployment and management.At the technical level,it is necessary not only to solve the problem of fast access to the massive data of relational database,but also to solve the problem of consistency and coordination of data processing in multi-task environment.After upgraded to the completion of the project,it reached the following design goals after the strict functional and performance testing:the liquidation speed have improved significantly,the liquidation time reduced from 3 hours to 1 hour,The liquidation result is more accurate.The net value of swings,sudden changes of the amount of transactions and data risks and other risks can be found in time and prompt,these points have a significant effect on reducing the enterprise operational risk,improving the work efficiency,also,reducing cost and actively promotes the enterprise products and business innovation.
