With the comprehensive construction of the safe city and continuous deepening of video applications,the city’s video surveillance can generate a large amount of unlabeled data every day.How to organize and store these data,and quickly retrieve specific targets from it,and analyze the trajectory through it.Big data collisions to dig deeper information,such as whether there are people,is the challenge that video surveillance technology faces.Compared to storing complete video stream data,extracting valid information from video,such as a pedestrian’s face image,for storage can not only save a certain amount of storage resources,but also improve the search and analysis efficiency for a given target person.Combining with the increasingly mature face recognition technology in recent years,this paper proposes a face recognition method to transform the storage and analysis of massive video data into the problem of storage and analysis of pedestrian face information with space-time attributes.In this context,this article designs and implements a pedestrian-oriented trajectory analysis system that targets specific goals.The main tasks are as follows:1)For the characteristics of such spatio-temporal data,a spatiotemporal data organization and storage method is proposed,which can not only solve the storage problem of spatio-temporal data,but also provide efficient data access support for subsequent trajectory analysis.2)Proposed a complete solution for the trajectory analysis of specified target people in massive unlabeled pedestrian spatiotemporal data: parallel face comparison calculation and time window analysis method,search target person and discovery potential companion set A feature-based face clustering algorithm is proposed to implement "tagging" of data,and an association rule algorithm for companion discovery is optimized.3)Give a complete design plan and implement a pedestrian trajectory analysis system for targets specific goals.In terms of design,a hierarchical architecture is used to achieve low coupling between modules,high aggregation within modules,and an efficient asynchronous event-driven network model is adopted to ensure that the system can provide reliable,stable,and highly concurrent services;4)Test the main functions of the implemented system,including historical record query,deletion of expired data,and trajectory analysis for a given target;performance testing of target trajectory analysis under different time windows and different concurrent numbers.The analysis,in addition,simulates the pressure write scenario for testing the storage performance of the system.The test results show that the system is fully functional and can provide effective analysis and judgment in video surveillance investigation.
