With the rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence,traditional industries are constantly being upgraded by the technological progress,bringing great changes to people’s lives.In recent years,our country has vigorously supported the development of information technology,combined the traditional education and teaching method with artificial intelligence technology,and developed teaching aids that improve student learning efficiency and teacher teaching efficiency are the future development trend of intelligent education.The focus of the thesis is according to the establishment of mathematics knowledge maps and inference knowledge bases realizing automatic judgment in subjective questions of elementary mathematics.Through the research and application of the key type technology in error positioning,the accurate feedback of each line’s error knowledge points is achieved.Establish a complete error evaluation system.The main research in the thesis includes the following points:1.Construction of elementary mathematics knowledge base and knowledge mapAccording to the autojudge system’s requirements in subjective questions,a complete set of primary mathematics knowledge system is constructed.Recognizing mathematics knowledge as a corresponding mathematical entity relationship through natural language processing techniques and use drools rule reasoning engine to realize the axiom of mathematics.The reasoning engine is implemented to build an inference knowledge base.According to the study of elementary mathematics knowledge system and knowledge points,the students’ problem-solving error situations are summed up,and then,construct the error model knowledge map.2.Research and model design of key technologies for error model positioningStudy on three kinds of error model positioning technology deeply: error positioning technology based on knowledge base’s reasoning,error model positioning technology based on knowledge network retrieval,and statistical probability prediction technology based on Bayesian theory.Constructing the reasoning and judging model of Geometry and Algebra based on mathematical knowledge base.According to the defined error model knowledge map,combined with the stem and context information to build a network retrieval model covering each knowledge point,including singlelineerror model and overall error model.Then use Bayesian theory to construct the model of error knowledge prediction.3.The realization of the error model positioning automatic positioning technology in the judgment system.Error retrieving model constructed by three kinds of error type positioning technology is applied to the automatic judging system to realize the correct and wrong judging,error type precise positioning,error knowledge point prediction and accurately judges the error of each knowledge bank of the student.Finally achieve a comprehensive evaluation system that combines the singleline judgment rusult and the overallerror result.Timely feedback the cause of the error to students,so that students can fill in the gaps in time to carry out targeted learning and training.Mathematics autojudge system has played a role as a private teacher to improve student’s learning efficiency.
