Design And Implementation Of Personal Police Assistant System Of A Public Security Bureau

With the social development and economic progress,the flow of people and funds has led to the diversification and complexity of today’s social crimes.The difficulty in handling complicated information on crimes and the difficulty of day-to-day work arrangements has occupied a large number of working hours for police officers.In response to the development status and practical application of personal policing information of a public security bureau,to effectively and stably carry out policing work in order to increase work efficiency,and at the same time to combine the development status of informationization of police offices at home and abroad,and apply current mainstream information management technologies,A public security bureau personal police assistant system has been developed and designed and implemented.Aiming at the problem of complicated police information and low processing efficiency,the case handling assistant was designed,which provided different functions for different users,realized case review and update functions for ordinary users,and implemented case publishing functions for reviewing administrators.Improve the efficiency of case-handling;Design daily work assistants for daily work overall planning problems,daily work assistants to achieve the arrangement of user work management,improve work efficiency;According to the difficulties of public security police personal assessment standards,design smart assessment assistants,combined with work performance,Designing scoring standards for users and improving the quality supervision of policing;For system operation and management issues,system administrators have designed rights management and system maintenance functions to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system.The database was designed according to the system requirements,and different data structures were designed for different users.In order to make the whole system strong,a reliable and relevant data table was designed.The system was implemented according to different modules.The login module implements different interfaces for different user logins and allows the server to feed back to different users.The case processing assistant module implements the common user’s case review function and regulatory search function,and implements the case management function of the review manager;daily work assistant module Realize the user’s daily work inquiry and reminding function,and review the work arrangement function of the administrator;The intelligent assessment assistant module implements the review administrator’s evaluation reward and punishment function;the user authority management module realizes the functions of user information management and user authority management.The system maintenance function enables the system administrator tomanage the entire system log and user operations,ensuring the stability of the system operation.The implemented system was tested in different user roles.After passing the system function test,the system performance test was passed.The system performance test was modified to make the personal police assistant system run reliably and meet the policing work requirements.Improve the efficiency of policing work,realize the overall planning of work arrangements,and establish a reliable inspection and scoring system,which has greatly helped the development of policing work.
