With the vigorous advancement of urbanization in China,the city’s informationization has also continued to develop at a rapid rate,and the difficulty of urban management has also been increasing.Many contradictions in urban management are urgently needed to be resolved,and have attracted widespread attention from many scholars and citizens.In future urban management,it is necessary to ensure the smooth progress of large-scale urban construction,and it is also necessary to continuously improve the comprehensive service level of the city.Through the construction of a digital city management information system,an efficient city information management platform will be established to provide good support for the government and public information exchange.This platform can also effectively improve the level of urban comprehensive management,improve the urban traffic,public security status,improve the level of urban management and long-term sustainable development can play a role in promoting the creation of a harmonious living information space for people.This can also significantly improve the government’s ability to govern and lay a good foundation for the future development of the city.The main task of this paper is to develop a set of monitoring and commanding platform for urban administration to meet the various requirements of urban management work and effectively improve the efficiency of urban management.Firstly,the development background and purpose of the system are analyzed,and its application value in urban management is discussed.Starting from the characteristics of the daily management work of the city administration bureau,reference is made to the current management situation and development plan of the city,and the corresponding details are proposed.System requirements analysis conclusions.Second,through the use of workflow technology,WebGIS technology,WebService technology,J2 EE technology,middleware technology,etc.,the overall scheme of this monitoring and commanding platform system scheme is proposed,and related functions that it should satisfy are proposed.Finally,after detailed system design,on the basis of meeting various needs of urban management,the system’s various functional modules were designed to meet the needs of different city management.After effective testing and verification of the system,it was concluded that the project was delivered and used.Claim.The platform integrates computer processing technology and system development technology during the development process,which significantly improves the level of work of the city administration and also enhances its monitoring and commanding function.It is of positive significance to the surveillance of relevant areas without any dead ends.To a certain extent,it also enhances the ability of the city management department to govern.This kind of system also provides support for the realization of the smart city.This article designed this kind of system based on the analysis of the daily work of the city management bureau,and tested its function,which has certain significance for the realization of the smart city goal.
