The Investigation Report Of College Students’ Basic Medical Insurance In Changsha

With the development of domestic medical insurance policy reform step by step in depth, the state will get more and more social groups included in the basic medical insurance social pooling, the level is also more and more specifically. Because of the particularity of college students, their medical security situation was always concerned. In 2009, with the introduction of new medical reform program, it brought all students into the basic medical insurance for urban residents of the category for the first time. T he measures would raise the level of medical security for college students, and realize the social justice. With the policy introduced, the basic medical insurance system for college students in Changsha built up and running quickly, but the running time is not long, the system is not perfect, the effect may not just as one wishes, so the survey of the investigation of students’ basic medical insurance in Changsha city is very important. The thesis based on the data collected from questionnaire, used the data of college students in 6 universities of Changsha for data analysis and empirical study.First of all, the thesis based on the related theories of social security, I analyzes the college students’ basic medical insurance in Changsha from the angle of the history and development. I designed of the questionnaire and field survey, recovery questionnaire scientifically and rationally by reading the relevant literature and summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge.Secondly, I uses the SPSS software for the reliability analysis of the questionnaire, gets the factor of Cronbach’ Alpha coefficient which confirmed the questionnaire data is credible. Then I analyzes the statistical data of the various options, and take the related data into empirical research analysis, I am mainly to do the Logistic two element regression and satisfaction factor of the multiple linear regression. I find that college students’ basic medical insura nce in Changsha has the following problems : lack of understanding of the medical insurance policy of college students; the medical insurance policy has defects; the publicity is not in place; the hospital security level is not high.Finally, this thesis aiming at putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of the Changsha college students of basic medical insurance. I hope I can put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestionsfrom from the government, school, hospital, university and college students themselves four aspects. And I hope the basic medical insurance of college students can be implemented more effectively, so that every college students will be given due to protection.
