Research On The Fuzzy Production Planning Model

Production plan is a common issue under the complicated economic environment. Completing the production plan schedules is a necessary work. Planning the production reasonablely not only can maximize earnings, but also can improve the economic benefit to some degree, even substantially. The issue of production plan under fuzzy environment is more closer to reality.This thesis made a further research on the production plan under the fuzzy environment based on other predecessors' work.(1)Dialogue the proposed in literature [18] production planning model for the reasonable improvement. Proposed a fuzzy production palnning model (3.6) with labor productivity which can help improve the economic benefit,(2)Using credibility theory and expectancy theory, turn fuzzy production planning model (3.6), respectively, in order to clear the credibility of the model (3.7) and the expected value model (3.10),(3)Designed an embedded fuzzy simulation technology, suitable for solving the model (3.7) and model (3.10) of the genetic algorithm,(4)This thesis used the Matlab to simulate with instance. The results showed that the new model (3.6) was effective and the genetic algorithm was effective and feasible,stable running.
