In the background of accelerating financial reform and emerging payment environment, domestic commercial banks facing of risks and opportunities coexist in this period. As a commercial bank, the main source of profit is the credit card business, that is also in change and innovation, in line with the times to seek change and user needs to improve profitability.Make this article is combined with the emerging environmental point of view, from the modern theory of profit model and profit development study on profit model of credit card business. Through comparison and analysis in the development of domestic credit card business profit structure and composition proportion, understand the domestic many scholars academic idea of credit card profit, using the Malmquist index measurement credit card business efficiency, outstanding proved importance of emerging payment environmental impact on the profitability of credit card business, and commercial Banks will need to actively take corresponding countermeasures and improvement.This paper analyses the development of credit card business at home and abroad and summarizes credit card profit mechanism; Secondly it analyzes the emerging payment environment, using the Malmquist index analysis of important influence factors affect the credit card business profitability, through seven years of commercial Banks business data calculation, come to the conclusion that technical change of environment factors is greater than the size change and pure efficiency change etc; The conclusion on the basis of general model in this paper, combined with the emerging payment summary on the environmental factors, put forward to effective suggestions and strategies for improve QD Bank and with the same scale city commercial bank's credit card business profitability.This article research conclusion is as follows: ?payment environment is emerging and developing recently years, the greatest influence on the domestic credit card business profitability, and has certain inhibition;?Payment environment changes is the external power of commercial bank credit card profitability innovation; ? Different stages of development of commercial Banks to improve credit card profitability ways are different, in a different period of scale efficiency curve should adopt different ways to improve profitability;?Independent innovation is to promote commercial Banks credit card business profit ability important channel;?Credit card source of income, in addition to issuers pos transaction fees, both national and regional commercial Banks, The rate of interest of the individual is highest, followed by the various fee income, and annual fee income of fine for delaying payment in the last two. All the fee income, mainly composed of installment fee income.According to this article research conclusion, The methods of increasing of QD Bank's credit card business profitability has been pointed out, for the same business situation and similar to the overall size of city commercial Banks to provide reference for: ?attaches great importance to the pay channel construction, make full payment ecosystem. To strengthen the construction of its own online payment channel, attaches great importance to the domestic only the issuing organization of China Unionpay's pay channels, gradually increase with the third party payment agencies bargaining power;?Expand the credit card object, rich product types, in order to produce scale effect;?Reduce the cost of capital, reasonable control limit distribution, play the middle business characteristics of low consumption and high income;?Create professional team, enhance the marketing strategy and improve customer's identity and loyalty; ?Improve risk control ability, in addition to the business itself in all kinds of risk, also should avoid unnecessary channels of third-party payment transaction risk.
