Operations management is an important part in the daily operation and management system of a company. It is an important issue for domestic internet financial industry, especially those internet financial P2P companies, to possess a set of scientific operation management system which suit their own practical situations. This paper tries to use some related theories of operation management and the results of operational improvements in the existing research to analyze the P2P net loan platform operating system of the Hunan Yingbang Investment Guarantee Company (HYIGC). This paper aims to improve its current operation system and put forward a new scheme for improvement.Based on HYIGC P2P net loan platform, This paper mainly discussed how to turn the present operation management system into a highly efficient one using the enterprise strategic management, human resources management, financial management and operations management planning, and references about P2P net loan related literature in domestic and abroad as well as references about the internet finance and operations management, operating current system improvement. First, the paper briefly explained the background and research significance of selected topic. Also it explained research method and content and reviewed the related theories and development situation of domestic and international Internet finance. Then it introduced the history of HYIGC P2P net loan platform's development and present situation of operations management system in details, pointing out its existing problems and the causes of its problems. Also, based on the practical needs of HYIGC P2P net loan platform, the paper determined its operation purpose and the operation principle combined with a variety of operating management theory. It also emphasized on improving the operation management system and then made the feasibility analysis for the improved operation management system. Finally, the paper raised several obstacles and corresponding solving measures while in the process of improving the operation management system of HYIGC P2P net loan platform.I hope this research will help provide theoretical process analysis and references for HYIGC P2P net loan platform and Internet financial P2P net loan industry to establish effective operation management system.
