| Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the economy. But facing with financial accelerator effect in the fluctuating economic, their abilities to resist risk are usually very weak. In the credit transmission mechanism of financial accelerator, external financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises are the key to the problem. To obtain stable credit when the net worth is affected by the fluctuating economy, establishing good relationship between banks and enterprises plays a very important role besides improving their own quality.This paper will take the relationship between banks and enterprises as the starting point, from the perspective of the financial accelerator, investigate the credit transmission mechanism of financial accelerator and influence of Bank-Corporation Relationship on financial accelerator effect through logic and modeling method. In the part of empirical analysis, this paper selects 51 NEEQ listed companies" 2007-2013 years of relevant data as the sample and use quantitative method to examine whether micro foundation of financial accelerator effect exists and whether influence of Bank-Corporation Relationship on financial accelerator effect exists.The empirical results show that, the micro foundation of financial accelerator effect on small and medium-sized enterprises of our country does exist, and good relationship between banks and enterprises has certain protective function on the financial accelerator effect of the small and medium-sized enterprise. On the basis of this, this article will put forward some reasonable suggestion from three aspects--improving their own quality, enhancing the Bank-corporation Relationship and broadening the financing channel of small and medium-sized enterprises, in order to alleviate the financial accelerator effect on small and medium-sized enterprises of our country and improve their stability of operation in fluctuating... |
