The Research On Risk Management For The Internet Raising Finance

In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet financing it has becoming a way of debit and credit for individuals and enterprises. However, the current domestic information technology and related legal system are imperfect, the Internet financing platform works with huge risks. How to effectively control the risk in the operational process and maintain a good momentum of development are problems to be urgently solved for all Internet financing platforms.This dissertation is based on the identification of risk factors of domestic mainstream financing platforms, risk management theory, asymmetric information theory and industry life cycle, with the method of case analysis. And effective advices for the Internet financing mode of current enterprise about how to control the risk are raised, at the same time.In this dissertation, the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad. The second chapter mainly summarized some basic problems of Internet finance. And the related theory basis is introduced in the third chapter. The fourth chapter introduces the current Internet financing problems. In the fifth chapter the background of three mainstream platforms and analyzed the risks in the operation of the process of platform were introduced. In the sixth chapter it puts forward reasonable suggestions for risk prevention. And finally, we dropped the conclusion of how to effectively guard against the risk in the operation of the platform, so as to promote the Internet finance development healthy and orderly.
