The Research On Development Of China's Private Banks

Private capital into the banking sector is an important way of banking marketization reform in our country; it has important significance in the transition stage of China's economy. China's market economy reform has entered the further stage, including financial structure, structure of factor endowments, economic subject contribution rate changes and adjustments. Banking sector as the main body of the financial services industry in our country should further deepen the reform in order to match the change of the real economy. In this paper, based on the research of the present development of private Banks in China, compared with the foreign advanced experience, to fully understand the objective necessity of development of private Banks, perfecting our country private bank related access, regulation, exit mechanism, found that the problem of private Banks in our country, and puts forward constructive suggestions, to establish a real service of private Banks for the economic development in China.In this paper, from the angles of theory and practice, analyze the problems in China's private banking reform. The first part is the introduction, the paper puts forward the research background and research significance, elaborated the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the private bank related issues and theoretical exploration, and the innovation points are revealed. The second part is the private bank research related theoretical basis, from the theory of industrial organization, financial intermediation theory, theory of financial structure, discussed contact private banking reform. The third part is analyzing the current situation of the development of private Banks in China. First, review the development process of private capital into the banking industry in our country; especially for the latest policy trends are summarized. Secondly, analyze the macro environment for the development of private bank, mainly from the economic, institutional, social and technological aspects to discuss. Finally, according to the reality of economic development in our country, points out the current private bank market positioning and development direction in the future. The fourth part is the analysis of existing problems about development of private banks in China, mainly including private banking institutions access problems, lack of market-oriented operation mechanism and lack of complete withdrawal mechanism for three aspects. The fifth part is the compared with the development situation of bank at home and abroad find some advanced experience of developing private banks in China helps for improving its level of economic development in our country, and with the problems existing in the development of the private bank at the present stage in China put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
