But the actual things is out of control, due to the limited resources of the promoter bank, less finance capital, and the accelerated urbanization, many Country Banks have exposed the problem of low profit, slow business development, high management risk. I take Dafeng Country Bank in my hometown as the research object, dissect the problems existing in the development and then propose several suggestions and countermeasures, expecting to promote development of Dafeng Country Bank and others alike.The primary coverage of this essay constitutes by three parts:Firstly by analyzing documentary and investigation, i try to collect, study and hackle many relative literatures, they include not only the declaration on the character of local Country Bank, the relationships between foreign Country Bank and its economic development in towns and villages, problems and measures, but also the three academic rationale behind the development of Country Bank.
