Employee satisfaction management is important part of enterprise human resource management which has not yet paid enough attention comparing to training and examination management of human resources performance management and salary management. Employee satisfaction is very close to enterprise’s efficiency and sustainable development, in particular, has a more practical significance for companies such as Liaoning HS of rapid development of private enterprises.This thesis which is based on a survey of employee satisfaction management in HS Company is done through study and integration of the theory, it focuses on the real situation of HS Company, designs the survey paper, makes the survey program and finally finishes the survey of satisfaction extent management of the employers in HS Company. Research findings indicate that the overall average score of Liaoning HS company employee satisfaction is 3.5, at a basic level of satisfaction, and the employee satisfaction management need to further improve and perfect. According to the degree of influence employee satisfaction, the influence factors of employee satisfaction are divided into positive factors, negative factors and risk factors. The positive factors lie in nine aspects, namely, material rewards and spiritual rewards, logistics and support, work methods and work style, quality of personnel, quality of products and services, the development and prospect; the negative factors lie in seven aspects, namely, growth and development, work environment, internal harmony, management mechanism, management style, social contribution, human resources; the risk factors lie in two aspects, namely, enterprise management system and corporate culture. Enhancing the employee satisfaction of Liaoning HS company needs to carry forward the positive factors, improve the negative factors, and eliminate risk factors. |
