It is necessary to research the new agricultural support policy and get the further agricultural sustainable and stable development.According to the WTO rules and China truth, the farmers' income subsidy policy is the best choice. Based on this framework, this paper mainly includes the following parts:One is the current agricultural support policy implementation effect and cognition, and the quantitative analysis of the relationship between food supply and the minimum purchase price. The survey found the current agricultural support policy implementation effect is not ideal and there are some farmers' cognitive errors. The minimum purchase price also shows many problems. America and Japan's practical experience shows that the green agricultural policy is the trend and direction of agricultural policy in the future, the Japanese Agricultural Association play an important role in the implementation of agricultural policies and agricultural development process. China need to learn. China also need to pay attention to the agriculture's versatility and sustainability from the healthy development of agricultural environment in the future South Korea.The four is introducing the specific income subsidy policy. The direct subsidy policies, pay elderly farmers early retirement subsidy policy and environmental policy of agricultural direct subsidy. The direct payment standard is 1120 yuan/mu/year, early retirement subsidy standard is 371.42 yuan/mu/year.
