Chinese Private Enterprises Based On The Advantage Cultivation Of Transnational Mergers And Acquisitions

In recent years,Chinnese private economy have become increasingly important in the Chinese market economy,it has become the nucleus of Chinese enterprises' cross-border mergers and acquisitions,and it also plays a more and more important role in the international arena.However,compared with the developed countries,the private enterprises in our country still have the disadvantages of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.So how to cultivate the advantages of Chinese private enterprises among international merger and acquisitions,as well as guiding them to the further promotions,has been the topic of concern.In this paper,the relevant literature of the Chinese private enterprises' transnational merger and acquisition of Chinese private enterprises are reviewed.Then from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,in which analyze of international production compromise theory,comparative advantage theory and are compare advantage theory this paper considers that enterprise transnational merger and acquisition.The Chinese private enterprises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions,underwent different atage,from the lack of advantages,to gradually form their own comparative advantage,and finally has a unique competitive advantage.This paper constructs the framework system of multinational merger and acquisition ability of private enterprises.After being combined literature review with and theoretical analysis,and drawing advantage framework,combined with the typical private enterprise Fosun,Fosun Pharmaceutical Analysis of transnational mergers and acquisitions advantage,the correctness of this paper has been finally confirmed.This study opens the process Chinese private enterprises developing in transnational mergers and acquisitions advantage of the black box.Its practical significance lies in how the Chinese private enterprises cultivate their transnational M & A advantages and to better participate in the international competition.
