Human resource is the most important of the modern enterprise. Recently, due to the high coal inventory, industry to reduce coal demand and coal prices keep falling, lowest price record often been refreshed, so that corporate profits down and worker's heart floating. In this case, through in-depth study of coal enterprise incentive mechanism, reasonable use incentive methods to improve the efficiency of employees, motivate staff morale is especially important.Article based on the theories of motivation and combines the actual conditions of coal enterprises to establish a incentive mechanism model of Q coal mine, and put forward the research hypothesis, through literature collection, case interview, questionnaire survey and so on. comprehensive analyses the historical process of Q coal mine employees incentive mechanism, the concrete content, according to the survey data of Q coal mine staff incentive mechanism about the effect by horizontal comparative analysis, system evaluation on the effect on the running of the incentive mechanism, refining and summarizes the Q coal mine workers relatively insufficient incentive mechanism construction. Considering the the particularity of Q coal mine, the paper build logistic econometric models and contingency table test is used too, to get the main influence factors of the staff' motivation, finally combining with the related theories of management and the results of analysis of the data in order to put forward some concrete suggestions about further improvement of the Q coal mine staff incentive mechanism.
