An Empirical Research On The Credit Status Of Regional Enterprises In Heilongjiang

Credit is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation, which plays an important role in the market economy. Credit can bring good credit relationship, stable supplier and customer base to enterprises. With the development of economy, people's moral and behavior patterns have changed, the phenomenon of dishonesty has occurred frequently, and Heilongjiang province is no exception. The problem of credit deficiency has brought a negative impact on Heilongjiang Province. Although the Heilongjiang provincial Party committee and the provincial government have taken some measures to address the issue of credit, but it is not perfect enough.This paper tries to analyze the credit status of the regional enterprises in Heilongjiang, and find out the problems of the credit of the enterprises in Heilongjiang. And put forward the relevant suggestions for the construction of regional enterprises in Heilongjiang to provide a reference.First of all, the paper defines the concept of enterprise credit and regional enterprise credit status by combing the relevant literatures, and the regional enterprise credit is divided into four aspects: the regional enterprise market credit, the regional enterprise social credit, the regional inter enterprise credit, and the regional enterprise internal credit.Secondly, this paper proposes a new method to evaluate the credit status of regional enterprises based on the credit records, and use the data of 2010-2012 in Heilongjiang province to build the model, and use the credit data of Heilongjiang province in 2013, 2014, to analyze the credit status of Heilongjiang province.Thirdly, through the comparative analysis of the prediction method, the BP neural network method is chosen to forecast the credit status of the regional enterprises in Heilongjiang, and the relevant data of 2010-2014 are used to model training, and the trained model is used to predict the credit status of Heilongjiang province for 2015,2016 years.Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the credit status of Heilongjiang Province in the two aspects of the government and enterprises in Heilongjiang Province Based on the analysis of the trend of the enterprise credit status in Heilongjiang province.
