After the international financial crisis in the United States, Japan and other developed countries have implemented "re-industrialization" policy in order to promote the return of high-end manufacturing, Southeast Asia and other emerging economies with labor and other advantages to attract foreign investment, China's manufacturing industry in the developed countries and emerging economies the dual clamping hit is facing unprecedented pressure of competition. At the same time, the international division of labor gradually from inter industry division of labor evolved into a division of labor between products, the same products of different production processes in the geographical space separation occurs, with different increases in the value of the link constitute a value chain, the traditional trade accounting data is not the true measure of a country's division of labor status. It is important to analyze the status of China's manufacturing industry in the value chain in the Asia Pacific region in order to ensure that the favorable position in the changing international division of labor is important to the sustainable development of China's economy. In this paper, from 1995 to 2011 the international input-output tables, selection of Australia,Canada, Chinese major powers, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Russia, Mexico and the United States in the nine Asia Pacific region as the research object, referring to the related research results, including nine of the Asia Pacific manufacturing exports in the domestic value added rate the accounting profit distribution in the value chain as a country's status of division of labor standards, and to outline and through associated manufacturing countries in the product space network in Asia Pacific manufacturing value chain, finally analyzes the opportunities and challenges of China manufacturing industry, on the basis of his country's rise of manufacturing experience put forward strategic measures into manufacturing power. The following conclusions are obtained in this paper:(1)In the Asia Pacific region manufacturing industry value chain, countries participating in the profitability of the division of labor is different, 2011 national manufacturing industry in the domestic value added rate from high to low, followed by Russia, Japan, Australia, Indonesia, the United States, China, Canada, Mexico, the Republic of Korea, China in the ranking sixth, in the on position.(2) China has been integrated into the value chain division network, has become the Asia Pacific region and other countries have the most connected countries, but its main role is to manufacture the transfer station. With the gradual evolution of the space network of manufacturing value chain in the Asia Pacific region, the trade between countries is getting closer and closer, and the breadth and depth of the value chain division of labor is also expanding.(3) In the manufacturing industry value chain division of influencing factors, factor endowment of division of labor in the value chain upgrading and the added value rate of increase has a significant positive effect, and the size of the industry, foreign direct investment(FDI) produced no positive effect.(4) Currently there is a new round of international industrial transfer, there are some industries from China's coastal areas to the central and western regions and neighboring Vietnam, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries transfer trend. Summary of Japan, South Korea and othercountries to upgrade the general upgrade path for two aspects: one is to adapt to the external environment, to undertake international transfer; two is to develop independently, to build the domestic value chain. Accordingly put forward to enhance the Chinese manufacturing industry included in the strategic measures of the Asia Pacific Division status actively undertake international transfer, optimize the foreign trade policies and to cultivate the domestic advanced factors, optimized factor endowment structure, promote domestic production value chain. The innovation of this paper is to obtain the value chain in the countries the increase in value to judge a country's manufacturing industry in the Asia Pacific region in the value chain position and to their manufacturing trade mutual influence to draw the outline of the Asia Pacific region manufacturing industry value chain of cyberspace. But in the export value added accounting does not involve the value chain of sales, after-sales service links, and there is still a certain deviation from the actual situation, and therefore need to be further improved.
