The Research On Policy Effect Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Small Micro Enterprises

At the end of 19 th century,small micro enterprise appeared in the world.It had obtained the development and prosperity in the developed capitalist countries.China's small micro enterprise development started late,the growth and development are mainly after the reform and opening up.With the socialist market economic system reform deepening,the small micro enterprise development increasingly prosperous,and become an important force in China's socialist modernization process.C urrently,popular entrepreneurship and innovation has been rising a boom,small micro companies,but also become an important subject of entrepreneurial innovation.However,due to market failure and small micro enterprises' weak position,it is inevitable limited.Therefore,the government intervention became necessary.In order to guarantee the effectiveness,the effect of governance policies must be thorough research and scientific evaluation,to provide the reference for small micro enterprise policy formulation and improvement.Based on this,in this paper,the research object is the small micro enterprise policy.Through defining the connotation and characteristics of the research object,research and analysis the policy content,and design the corresponding evaluation index,to evaluate the effectiveness of the policy management.This paper used research methods are as follow: literature research,normative research,empirical research,theoretical study,social survey.Full-text consists of five parts: The first part is the preface.The second part mainly clarifies the connotation of the research object,discusses the theoretical basis and practical significance of the government support to the small micro enterprises develop ment.The third part mainly summarizes the national small micro enterprise polic ies,discusses the empirical analysis and evaluation of Zhenjiang city.The fourth part mainly analysis and drawing on the successful experience of region abroad.The fifth part mainly puts forward suggestions to perfect the small micro enterprise policy respectively from the organization,taxation,finance,industry and technology,social service and so on.
