The Application Research On Activity-based Costing Of W Oil Plant Cost Accounting

As a core component of the economic development of our country,the petroleum industry has entered a rapid development period,both scale and output have gradually reduced.In 2015,the international oil prices fell about 59% over the same period of last year.Cost control has become important for the survival and development of petroleum enterprise.Oil plant is the core part of oil field.Production cost makes up a big part of the total cost in the oil plant.As the production process is complex,involving various cost,the traditional cost accounting method hasn’t adapt to the modern oil enterprise.Activity-based costing,as a kind of advanced cost control and management thought,has applied in many industries.The paper draw lessons from the basis of the mature theory in ABC research at home and abroad recent years.Firstly it introduces the basic principle of ABC method.Secondly it analyzes the problems existing in the current cost accounting of W oil plant,as a large factory of eastern old oil fields for 30 years,the cost accounting has a lot of problems,such as the extensive accounting subject,unproper cost management and high ratio of indirect costs.In order to obtain the feasibility and necessity of the oil plant to carry out the activity-based costing,the article combines the basic theory of ABC method with production practice of W oil production plant,subdivides the accounting object,establishes different activity center according to the different process,allocates indirect costs according to different cost drivers,make linear regression analysis,and finally establishes the cost accounting system based on activity-based costing;Final the paper introduces the details of the activity based on costing method in W oil production plant,proposes some deepen suggestions for the implementation of activity based costing in W oil plant,establishes full cost accounting mode and put financial analysis system as the evaluation index of production decision,providing detailed,scientific information for decision making.
