Study On Audit Projects Management System Of Z-oilfield

The level of project management of internal audit has directly influences on the efficiency,quality of audit and the realization of the goal.Nowadays,internal audit departments have such problems as the audit management system is not perfect enough,the preparation of annual audit plan is not scientific enough,the audit execution plan is not precise enough,the supervision of audit process is not detailed enough,and the audit appraisal system is not scientific enough.In this paper,an audit project management system in Z-oilfield was studied based on modern project management theory.The research mechanism is integrating various management rules,procedures and standards,as well as using techniques and methods.A three-dimensional structure of Z-oilfield audit project management system is designed by means of "Point-Line-Plane" combination.Among it,"Point" means using the tools and technology of project management at all levels of audit project management;"Line" means two dimensions of managemen--process management and element management;"Plane" means the audit system framework,including management system and business norms.And also in this paper,the application of modern project management tools and techniques in each audit stage was analyzed and commented.Finally,an example of audit project was demonstrated the effectiveness of the audit project management.Research shows that this framework can solve most problems of internal audit.It is helpful to improve audit management,quality and efficiency.But we should see yet,the audit organization and mechanism differs in all kinds of internal audit departments,so an unified audit project management system cannot be established.While,"four modernizations" construction(i.e.the institutionalization,standardization,routinization and informatization)should be executed to strengthen management eventually.
