Research On Relationship Between Fixed Asset Investment,Energy Consumption And Economic Sustainable Growth Of Anhui Province

Anhui Province is in the middle stage of rapid development of industrialization.Industrialization,urbanization and modernization is rapid development in the middle stage to exploit and utilize further expanding scale and depth of resources and energy.Hence,Anhui Province develop the economy at the same time,which should not only consider the scale of fixed asset investment caused by industrial transfer projects and but also consider the issue of energy consumption caused by industrial transfer projects.The paper used the analysis thinking of "scientific issue,theoretical deduction and empirical study".Starting from the development stage of economic growth theory,the paper combed Adam-Smith’s t economic growth theory,Harold Thomas’ economic growth theory,neoclassical growth theory and new economic growth theory.Visible,economic growth theory explained economic growth problem mainly from the perspective of production factor and the perspective of factor productivity to reveal.On the basis of this,the paper also reveals the economic growth problem of Anhui Province from two aspects: the production factor and the efficiency factor.The paper takes into account the real background of the medium stage of rapid development of industrialization in Anhui Province and takes into account the role of energy for economic growth.Therefore,it is necessary to review the journals on the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption at home and abroad,summarized the research results of the predecessors and draw on the research methods of predecessors,constructed C-D production function model containing the energy factor.After the completion of the empirical model,the paper used eviews software to carry out ADF test,co-integration test and Granger causality test by the empirical date and used the Markowitz software to carry out ridge regression analysis by the empirical data,calculated the output elasticity coefficient of every production factor for economic growth.Then,the output elasticity coefficient of every production factor was treated by regularization,got from the efficiency factor that explained total factor productivity of the economic growth.Then,the paper used the HP filter method in eviews software to carry out the analysis about the investment gap and the output gap which represented economic index by the empirical data,and differentiated Anhui Province economic cycle,and analyzed the relationship between the total factor productivity and economic situation.According to the resulting data of the empirical,the paper calculated every production factor and total factor productivity contribution to economic growth.According to the division of Anhui Province economic cycle,and calculated every production factor and total factor productivity of every cycle contribution to economic growth.Then,the paper used DEAP software by the empirical data that carried out Input and output redundancy analysis At constant scale reward and at scale variable remuneration.Through the review of historical data,the paper chose the appropriate calculating result with labor input,capital input and energy input to explain.Finally,this paper conducted conclusion,policy recommendation,and research prospect.
