With the rapid development of social economy today, the competition among enterprises directly converted to talent competition. No matter who are already "old bacon" in the workplace, or the "little fresh meat", are they facing or will face the dual pressures of work and family, which had to ask them to put a lot of money, material and human resources. Therefore, how to handle the relationship between work and family, and coordinate time into various fields, promote balance between the two is the problem of employees and businesses are facing.With the force from life, employees must work to, improve performance and increase investment. However, this is bound to its compression time with his family. In addition, given the pressure of work soon spill over into the family, the individual physiological, psychological and behavior are affected to some degree. If the lack of understanding of the family, the lack of care and help from organizations, whether the level of work engagement will directly reduce? This study refers to literatures home and abroad, based on working and demanding resource model to predict the relationship between work- family conflict and job involvement, and the regulation of organizational support regulation in which to predict.Employees in the workplace are the survey of this study, this study uses empirical research methods, through questionnaires on their perceived work- family conflict, organizational support, job involvement levels studied, using statistical software SPSS21.0, based on 218 questionnaires doing the reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, regression analysis, chromatography. After the results are summarized,this study got the following conclusions:(1) work- family conflict based on the time of conflict and post-conflict based on the pressure of having a part of a significant negative impact on the work invested;(2) when the organization employees feel a sense of support in the work and support concern is high interest, work- family conflict on job engagement will be reduced.According to research findings, this paper put forward the corresponding counter measures from the perspective of individual employees and families and organizations, and also pointed out the lack of vision for the future of this article.
