| With the continuous development of the city, the continued expansion of city scale, a growing number of private cars all of these will become severe test on the city’s transportation. The traffic jams has become an urgent problem for the government. In order to ease the pressure on urban traffic, various cities has a greater investment on the development of public transportation, in recent years, many cities began the construction of the subway, which set off a craze of building subways. Subway as an important way of modern traffic, it plays an important role in improving the efficiency of travel, to ease traffic pressure, rational land use, improve the distribution of element convergences and promoting travel fairness. At the same time it has externalities for the urban economy, especially the price of the land. This paper takes Nanchang metro Line 1 and Line 2 as an example use GIS to build a multi-modal transport network to simulate the leaping of resident tripping, which is used to measure the changes in transit accessibility with multiple indicators. And to explore the response modes of the different types land use with the different types of traffic accessibility. Research indicates:(1) The subway had an impact on the overall traffic accessibility of Nanchang, and this impact is a positive impact. This can be proved on the impact of time proximity, spatial proximity, region accessibility and network Connectedness. According to measurement results, Nanchang metro line had bigger influences on time and regional proximity, the influence on spatial proximity and network Connectedness is relatively light.(2) In the structure of accessibility, operation of the metro makes the overall accessibility pattern has some changes. And the effect for the accessibility structure based on the time, distance and reachable area has the diversity. In addition, it was found that the subway has "center expansion—— periphery collapse" effect for the accessibility structure based on the time, distance and reachable area which has been measured in this task.(3) The changes of land price’s DEM setup and accessibility setup has a certain degree of consistency. The response model between different types of land prices and improve accessibility of the metro line is different. The response pattern of residential land is exponential model, the business land response model is logarithmic response model, and the industrial land has a linear response model. The metro has biggest value added contribution for the commercial land, residential land and industrial land take second place.The same type of land price has different response model with various improve accessibility of the subway.This paper not only enriches the related research results,but also bebenefic the assessing the Nanchang Metro influences on the overall urban land use, and provides the evidence for levying urban land and housing differentiated taxes to compensate the metroeconomic externality losses. for Nanchang City Government. |
