Mobile Internet has a positioning function which other channels do not have, It greatly shortens the distance between online and offline stores, combines the online and offline functionality easily. O2O pattern emerged.In this paper, based on collected a large number of documents, through to DLD Trading Company marketing environment analysis, we defined the future direction of the development of DLD Trading Company. This article is divided into six chapters. Chapter One, Introduction. This chapter describes the development of FMCG industry and the channel development in the new situation emerging.
