The eighteen report of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that the strategic adjustment of economic structure is the main direction of the transformation of economic development mode.The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further proposed the economic restructuring, industrial upgrading ". This is the Communist Party made the major strategy deploy, at the stage of building a well-off society, which from global and strategic perspective, grasp based on changes in the international economic structure adjustment and China’s economic situation. It reflects the Communist Party is more comprehensive, more profound understanding the laws of economic development, also reflects the firm determination of the transformation of the mode of economic development.Sichuan has entered the middle stage of industrialization, while facing resources and environmental constraints. It is important for Sichuan to push industry economic upgrading and transformation the mode of development. It can thoroughly implement the central spirit, can overcome the difficulties in the current industrial development, can promote Sichuan industrial economic stability for sustainable development, can build the core competitiveness of the industrial economy. It also can push the large province of industry transform into an industrial province.This thesis is aiming at the above problems, in order to promote Sichuan transform industrial development as the main object of study, through the theory study and practice summary, propose Sichuan Industrial Development Mode Choice and route.
