The pension plan is a commitment made by the corporate to the retried employees. Such kind of commitment is a liability of the corporate. However, for the money paying from the plan, the factor(decrement cause) when employees(individuals) have to drop the pension plan becomes an important reason deciding how much money is payed by the corporate. In addition, as for a corporate, if each individuals live at the same environment, whether he is influenced by external environment or daily life habits, the individuals are mutually dependent more or less on each other. Basing on the above reality, firstly the paper assumed the situation that each decrement cause in the multiple decrement model in pension is dependent. Then, the paper focus on the situation of double dependency among the decrement causes and among each individual in the joint life annuity. The main work is as follows:1. By using the Copula function and by combining the decrement theory, the paper assumed the dependent situation of decrement causes. It described net survival function and general survival function.2. As far as the dependence of multiple life, the paper still considered to use Copulas and believed that each decrement causes which appeared in multiple life model is dependent. In addition, the paper discussed the surviving probability of each multiple life under the situation of dependence and independence assumption.3. By using the dependent situations discussed above, the paper studied multiple decrement model of pension and general symmetric status life annuity. Finally, as for actuarial present value, the paper made a comparison between the dependent situation and independent situation.
