In recent years,the rate of staffs' turnover has been remaining high all the time,and the sales staff turnover rate is above the average.The high rate of staffs' turnover has become the bottleneck which restrict the development of the enterprise.Therefore,enterprises and academics concern the high turnover rate of the sales staff.This study based on previous research and Fujian's sales staff,to revise a scale which can be used in the sales staff.This used scales to explore the relationships of core self-evaluation,professional ability development,person-organization fit and turnover intention.The results are as follows:This study revised a scale which can be used in the sales staff and have five factors.The scale has been proved reliability and validity by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.This study found that the sales staff's core self-evaluation,professional ability development and person-organization fit had significant negative correlation with turnover intention.This study found that the sales staff's professional ability development works as partial mediating role between core self-evaluation and turnover intention.This study found that the sales staff's person-organization fit could moderate the relationships between core self-evaluation and turnover intention via professional ability development.Specifically,when the sales staff had a low degree of person-organization fit,professional ability development works as partial mediating role between the core self-evaluation and turnover intention.On the contrary,when the sales staff had a high degree of person-organization fit,professional ability development does not work as partial mediating role between the core self-evaluation and turnover intention.
