The concept of inter-organizational information systems was put forward by Felix Kaufman who had described the B2 B as a data system which could across organizational boundaries,in 1960.Than it has become the prototype of early e-commerce systems.A half century has been going,the e-commerce has reached a new stage.It is supported by some factors that includes economic,academic,policy,technology.In order to promote e-commerce system better,this paper would stand on organizational perspective to study the factors which impact e-commerce using through analyzing the relation between factors and behaviors.It aims at constructing an exhaustive model and testing the hypothetical with some statistical methods that includes literature analysis,interviews with experts,social investigation.First,it would statistic the researches about e-commerce system acceptance at home and abroad through literatures measuring.After making word frequency statistics and keywords co-occurrence,it found that the filed had appeared three regular patterns,they are users' perception about information technology,the rich acceptance content and mixing research methods.There are some problem to be solved.Because it changes dynamic,we could not analyze them in the same way and there is not a fixed pattern too.The fewer scholars pay attention on the acceptance at home.Second,identifying solutions through reviewing literatures,it intends to hypothesize e-commerce system acceptance model on technology acceptance model,familiar trust model and etc.In the same time,the factors would be enriched by expert interview.In order to get all of the factors,we decide to do data mining on the interviews.After that,we could correct the hypothesize model and adjust the relationship in this model.We could put forward some hypothesizes now.Finally,we need to correct hypothesizes and find the relationship among the factors.It often is proved by questionnaire and statistics.When we have collected data from sample,it needs to be changed into the standard format on likert scale which has five ranks.Based on the data,correcting hypothesizes with factor analysis,principal component analysis,regression analysis and path analysis.Then,we could find some solution to develop.
