Since the reform and opening up, China's economy, politics and culture has undergone enormous changes. Now, China has also made remarkable achievements, such as being the world's second largest economy and Global largest trading nation. Foreign trade and international economic cooperation has become the promotion of domestic industrial development needs. China's “along the way ”policy, “Made in China 2025” strategies have opened new channels for China's opening up. But the companies' overseas expansion is inseparable from financial supports, 2014 BRICS Development Bank was established by the end of 2015 in Asia infrastructure investment bank was established, marking China's banking sector in the overseas business development is also accelerating speed.But after the study on overseas trades of Chinese banking industry, weakness can be found that too concentrated business, irrational distribution, services over a single target, personnel quality and innovation remains to be strengthened, the management system and other issues need to be further improved. By combining with several years of experience of the Bank of China(Russia) sub-lines, the author puts up several suggestions for national policy supports for China's banks to expand overseas business and its competitiveness. National policy supports should can promote banking towards mixed operation, building a scientific and rational regulatory risk system, leading talents to be more international, offering a platform for domestic financial institutions to set up overseas institutions, vigorously promoting the reform of the monetary system. So as to promote China's banking industry better, faster, and more the steady expansion of overseas business and enhance competitiveness.
