With the speeding up of the integration process of our country town, city expanded rapidly, has a large area of urban and rural area, urban public transport system at the same time also got rapid development, urban and rural areas in combination with regional passenger transport line layout whether reasonable become inevitable problems in the process of urbanization, urban and rural passenger transport layout in the cross area is becoming more and more in the management of physical form cross functions, operation pattern has the problem of bull run. Constantly planning passenger lines whether meet the combination of urban and rural areas of passenger transport demand, whether solved the urgent need of the urban-rural integration area with convenient transportation problems have become to be solved urgently, in view of this paper is based on such a rapid development in Chong Qing the city formed by the combination of urban and rural areas of large area of the research background, constructs the urban-rural integration area passenger lines layout evaluation system and the typical representative of combination of urban and rural areas, Ba Nan for case analysis, proved the practicability of building system. So as to find and solve passenger targeted by the administrative departments of the combination of urban and rural areas the unreasonable problems in passenger line layout.This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, from the urban and rural area, and combining the basic theory of urban-rural integration, connotation and passenger line layout elements, analyzed the urban-rural integration area passenger layout evaluation of relevant factors, the index optimization, and to establish the corresponding evaluation system to complete the layout of urban and rural areas in combination with regional passenger lines evaluation of qualitative research. Further using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for quantitative analysis. Evaluation results on the basis of the effectiveness of the analysis, through the analysis of the current passenger lines layout problem in the study area and the corresponding solution measures, has important practical significance.
