Performance appraisal system is an important managing tool to improve business operations mechanism, Tianjin Mobile Corp.(TJMC) has been using the KPI evaluation system for the various departments in the company, that achieving good results and making TJMC's overall performance level steady improvement.At present, the telecommunication technology is moving toward the 4G era. According to the situation, TJMC reformed and adjusted itself as well, including adjusting the interface of the network maintenance division. Now each district branch companies, instead of the functional department network optimization center, are responsible for wireless devices' maintenance and optimization. This reform will combine marketing with network maintenance, implement network business development together to the branch companies, and make progress on each regional network business development more effective. It will make the size of each regional network stable business development, creating healthy competition in all branches, and thus contributing to the overall network quality Tianjin Mobile improvement and upgrading. But it will bring a new problem that we need to add the network traffic indicators into the performance appraisal of the district branch companies. How to establish a scientific and effective network KPI system of the branch companies has become an important topic of the company performance indicator management.This research carried out a detailed analysis in related fields, in depth research of KPI management on the performance evaluation index system.
