With the help of continued policies,financial leasing industry has gradually became the sunrise industry in the new normal economic since 2015.However,there are a series of shackles restrict the development of it,and the narrow financing channel and assets liquidity problem become the main dilemma.When leasing companies have to find out new resource of money,the increasing development of domestic asset securitization offer some new solutions.Joining the Internet Plus,finance leasing provide us some new ideas because of the development of it in the Internet since 2014.We can not only decline the cost of financing costs and business risk,but also help change the developing mode of economic by using the Internet to promote the development of finance leasing asset securitization.But is it effective that we combine the finance leasing asset securitization and Internet finance?To answer the question,the writer analysis the current condition of development of financial leasing industry both in domestic and foreign countries,then come up with the new solution to solve the develop problem which is finance leasing asset securitization and ‘Internet + finance leasing'.Based on the features of finance leasing asset securitization in domestic,this paper summarize the development trend of it and show some obstacles.The features of the Internet can compensate the weakness of leasing asset securitization,such as massive trading volume,effective and convenience,adequate sources of funding and low costs.So the writer analysis the pros and cons of assets out of the table by Internet with the study of main mode of financial lease transactions.Then the writer introduce some case of asset trading platform in Lfex to guide the leasing asset securitization in the Internet.The next point is to study the circulate problem of assets in the Internet.Based on the core part of trading structure,this paper design it theoretically and point the problems and advice.Lastly the writer summarize the study and give the prospects.Finally,the study of the problem shows the concluding summary and outlook.Although there are many limitations in practice,but in the Internet trading platform to achieve financial leasing asset securitization is a new direction in the future,it is worth further consideration and exploration.
