Research On Business Model Innovation Of Xiamen Equipment Manufacturing Industry Leading Enterprises

The equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic industry to provide technology and equipment of technology intensive and capital intensive industries to the national economy and national security,it has great industrial connection degree and strong drive,and it is the core industry of modern industry.Equipment manufacturing industry is one of the six pillar industries of Xiamen's economic development.The development of equipment manufacturing industry,has a very important significance and effect on the implementation of Xiamen municipal Party committee proposed "two or three production promoting development strategy and promote the scientific development of a new leap of Xiamen Special Economic Zone.After years of development,Xiamen equipment manufacturing industry has initially formed a car,power transmission and distribution and control equipment,aviation industry,construction machinery,shipbuilding etc five major industrial chain,and each industry chain has the corresponding leading enterprises.Under the leading enterprises,the industrial chain has achieved rapid development,the overall strength has been continuously improved.In recent years,the equipment manufacturing industry appeared overcapacity,homogenization competition and efficiency decline in the situation,the enterprises are facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading.The existing literatures study more on equipment manufacturing technology innovation,but give less attention to the innovation of business model.In this paper,the relevant literature is sorted out,I define the connotation of business model innovation,point out that the essential characteristics of business model innovation is the business model of the overall change and innovation,and describes the business model innovation direction from the perspective of business ecosystem.Based on this theory,I qualitative analysis of the business model innovation of the leading enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry in Xiamen,then build a business model innovation evaluation index system,with questionnaire survey,using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the bibcock enterprise business model innovation,and then,analyze the overall and individual evaluation results.In the end,the author puts forward the direction of innovation of business model of Xiamen equipment manufacturing industry and countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of system.The conclusion of this paper mainly in the following aspects:(1)business model is a systematic arrangement of enterprise value creation,which includes strategic positioning,target customer,business system,partner and profit model.business model innovation refers to the enterprise business model of the overall change and innovation,it is a system engineering.(2)Through qualitative analysis,it is found that the leading enterprises in Xiamen equipment manufacturing industry have made a series of business model innovation measures,and achieved some results in the process of development,but they are lack of a certain system,the overall change in the business model is not obvious.(3)After quantitative evaluation,I found that the business model degree of leading enterprises are under the "very good" level(90 points).This shows that the lack of systematic innovation of business model ultimately have affected the overall efficiency of the business model innovation.(4)From the perspective of business ecosystem,the paper puts forward the direction of business model innovation of Xiamen equipment manufacturing industry leading enterprises,and the corresponding business model innovation countermeasures with according to the specific situation of the leading enterprises.
