Aimed to the problem that the producing and circulating of the agricultural production were complexity and the organization of the agricultural production was unordered. To solve these issues, material supply operations, field operations and harvesting operations of the agricultural supply chain were regarded as study content to develop the research of the requirements engineering and linkage model engineering, which provided theoretical support to the agricultural supply chain logistics information platform.First, through the study of the complex characteristics of agricultural products supply chain, which based on the system engineering method, the research and design of the supply chain of agricultural products from the product dimension, management dimension and value chain are studied. The framework and ecological problems of agricultural products supply chain were determined by the design of the demand project, and the linkage mode of agricultural products supply chain was developed.Second, based on the production materials of the three operation processes of material supply, planting operation, picking operation of agricultural products supply chain, the mathematical model of the momentum of the operation of the material was constructed, and the application of genetic algorithm for the calculation of the model to provide the calculation method of the choice of the material transport service provider.Third, designed production agricultural supply chain logistics collaborative linkage based on sales and operations with the guideline of plan —execution. And the linkage model of the supply chain including material supply, field operations, harvesting operations was designed to reduce the logistics cost and clear the relationship among material suppliers, transport service providers and the cultivation of farmers, which provided theoretical help for calculating costs of materials.Fourth, by solving the mathematical model of the momentum of the mathematical model to prove the feasibility of the linkage model, and through the analysis of the material transport costs, the lowest transport costs of transport services scheme was selected.Fifth, through three main business processes and data flow design of the material supply, field operations, picking logistics of agricultural products supply chain, the detailed data transfer process of the agricultural product logistics was expressed to help the development of agricultural products supply chain service platform.
