Influencing Factors Research On The Dividend Policy Of The Listed Company Of SME Enterprises Board

Scientific dividend policy can increase the market value of the enterprise,and give a reasonable investment return to investors,so the investors' passion and confidence will be strengthened.In addition,it is a necessary condition for good development of the capital market.However,companies of small and medium enterprise board generally adopt a "send high-level and high level of cash dividends," which has been chasing the market and focus the attention of investors,high-return characteristics of its dividend policy.Thus,the investigation of the factors listed companies' dividend policy of small and medium enterprise board may have a reference role to improve primary and GEM dividend policy.This article was originally published in the status quo on this topic relevant national and international dividend policy review system.In addition,we describe the main characteristics of the dividend policy of the SME board listed companies between 2009-2014.In the internal and external SME board listed company's dividend policy factors affecting the underlying theoretical analysis,we choose 11 quantifiable financial indicators,and the sample data is the1383 sets listed including 461 companies which was listed in the small and medium enterprise board between December 31,2012 and December 31,2014,using Multiple linear regression analysis,we do affect the listed company's cash dividend factors in small and empirical analysis of the SME board.After that,we make a conclusion about seven profitability index including earnings,liquidity,company size,the extent of the cash flush,company size,ownership concentration and level of risk will be assigned a significant impact on the company's cash dividend small and medium-sized panels.Finally,based on empirical analysis and conclusions,we give some recommendation about company's dividend policy.
