Time to rush,to the China Telecom in 2008 fourth restructuring industry has already gone through 7 years,with the voice of the fifth restructuring of the telecommunications in dustry is more and more high,more and more.A new round of reshuffle orreorganization o f resources once again pushed in the teeth of the storm,and the three major telecom operat ors have also opened a 4G war.Firstly,through the macro environment,industry environme nt and competition environment according to the local actual situation of the external envir onment,Chongqing Unicom Yongchuan branch is analyzed;secondly,based on the compa ny's overall situation,organization structure,human resource structure,the current main pr oducts and marketing and service status of the analysis of internal conditions,and problem s show the company operating status;thirdly,according to the data analysis of some key da ta,the current marketing situation in-depth analysis;finally,using the SWOT analysis met hod,the comprehensive analysis of the current Chongqing Unicom Yongchuan branch's ad vantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats and to determine the WT strategy as the current period in Yongchuan company marketing strategy.On this basis,combing the China Unicom Chongqing Branch Yongchuan new and old user market to the idea of the marketing strategy;also from the product strategy,price stra tegy,channel development strategy and brand promotion aspects developed fine conventio nal marketing strategy;at the same time,the Yongchuan points company in the application of innovative marketing strategy makes the research exploration,including: strengthening marketing professional grid level,adjust marketing grid layout at the same time,in the new market adopts multi dimension marketing mix,fine business development;in the stock ma rket is in the refinement of process control,precise dimension lines retain.Through a series of precise marketing strategies and ways to improve the market share.The research of this paper not only provides some references for the marketing strateg y formulation of Chongqing Unicom Yongchuan branch,but also provides an example refe rence for other domestic enterprises in the marketing strategy research.In this paper the ap plication data analysis results with the traditional marketing theory combined formulation i s suitable for the marketing strategy of the characteristics of the era of big data has made a preliminary exploration,also on the cross industry data analysis and marketing strategy res earch has a certain reference value.
