Small and medium enterprises is one of the important forces to promote the economic development of China, and the capital as the blood of the enterprise is to restrict the small and medium enterprises. At present, because the market mechanism is not perfect, the social environment is not stable enough, the enterprise financing is limited, which hinders the development of small and medium enterprises in our country. Compared with the cost of large enterprises, small and medium enterprise service costs are relatively high. Therefore, to build a bank docking platform is particularly important in the financial services and small and medium sized enterprises. So we need to take measures to help small and medium enterprises financing and loans. This system is on the basis of this, to increase the exchange of enterprises and banks, and promote the development of small and medium enterprises.In this paper,through the use of literature research and demand analysis method, combined with the actual situation in Zhuzhou,the system has been designed and developed.First the thesis describes the domestic and foreign research background and foundation,and according to the actual situation illustrates the significance of bank docking platform design and development,access to literature to determine the system requirements,and to identify the functional modules of the system.Secondly,through the analysis of the needs of enterprises and banks, the use of UML technology to the system for the overall design and detailed design,drawing the user use case diagram, flow chart and function module diagram.Zhuzhou City SME bank docking platform is based on B/S three-tier structure,using the visual studio2010 and SQL Sever2012 database technology,system development and implementation,through the role of authority,encryption technology,to improve the security of the system.Finally,the system is tested, and the system's shortcomings and characteristics are pointed out.The main function of the system is the bank and docking,realize and the connection of the exchanges between the banks and enterprises,so that banks more comprehensive understanding to apply for loans to enterprises,but also the enterprises credit financing is more simple and convenient.Promote the development of small and medium enterprises,but also to the full play of the overall value of the bank.The system is safe and easy to operate.The system is easy to be modified and extended.It has made a positive contribution to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
