Study On Logistics Cost Control Of E-commerce Fresh Agricultural Products

With the development of the Internet economy,E-commerce has become an indispensable part in people’s daily life, the electricity supplier in fresh areas as electricity supplier last piece of blue ocean, also attract a large number of enterprises have been involved in. Under the actively promoting of Internet + agricultural policies, Electrical business in fresh agricultural products is becoming a great trend,trend. Fresh electricity suppliers of agricultural products want to go further more,there must be a strategic vision,to maximum cost-saving, especially logistics cost.Therefore, this paper study how to control the logistics cost of fresh agricultural products, reduce logistics costs, improve logistics efficiency, effective control the waste in the logistics.In this paper, from the point of logistics cost on electricity supplier of fresh agricultural products, It access to consult the relevant literature, understand the logistics cost theory and the definition of fresh agricultural products; Then analyzed development status of electrical business of fresh agricultural products,the factors affecting fresh agricultural products logistics cost control.We break through traditional concept algorithm, using activity-based costing to analyze the logistics cost, so as to construct the cost control system. From a strategic point of fresh business enterprise logistics cost control, It takes the different control measures for the different influencing factors, each strike-breaking.Through the analytic hierarchy process,we selected the representative evaluation indexes, find out the problems, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.This paper use the fresh electricity supplier company of R as an example,and puts forward some improvements for its operation, It provides a feasible reference for electricity supplier of fresh agricultural in logistics cost control.
