A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Cash Dividend Policy Of Agricultural Listed Company In China Based On Decision Tree

Dividend distribution is the focus of attention and management of listing Corporation financial management activities,it is related to the benefit of investors,but also transfer business information to the market.At present,the domestic and foreign research literature about listing Corporation dividend distribution has an immense number of books,and formed a lot of different theoretical system.However,the research on cash dividend distribution of China agricultural listing Corporation is very few at present stage.Agriculture as the foundation of our country,it is also an important component of China's economic development and holds a very important position in the development of the whole national economy.With the development of capital market,the traditional agriculture transfer to modern agriculture.Capital market is accelerating the tilt to the agricultural sector.Agricultural listing Corporation has become the focus of our attention and focus.It is necessary to establish a scientific dividend policy to ensure the development of the agricultural listing Corporation.The characteristics of our country agriculture and listing Corporation has its own development and business environment.Therefore,this paper takes 40 Agricultural listing Corporation 2013-2014 data as sample to study the dividend policy of the listed agricultural companies,trying to find out the appropriate agricultural listed company's dividend policy,To provide a more reasonable and effective policy recommendations for our future agricultural listed company dividend distribution provides.Because the agricultural listing Corporation in China has the characteristics of the production and operation activities,the characteristics of its own development and the relatively large dependence on the season,Compared to other industries,the dividend distribution of listing Corporation has its own characteristics and different influence factors.Therefore,in this paper,the empirical analysis of other industries and the domestic and foreign scholars based on the theory of dividend distribution of listing Corporation.Taking the financial data of 40 Agricultural listing Corporation of 2012-2014 as samples,study on the influencing factors of cash dividend distribution in agricultural listing Corporation and their relationship.Trying to find out the way of dividend distribution of suitable agricultural listing Corporation,and then provide a more reasonable and effective policy recommendations to the dividend distribution of agricultural listing Corporation.In order to formulate an implement financial planning and business activities of agricultural listing Corporation,To promote the rationalinvestment and distribution of agricultural listing Corporation.At first,This article sorts out relevant literature about domestic and foreign literature and evaluates it,and then defines the agricultural listed companies,introduces the influence factors of the dividend distribution and related theory,analyses and evaluate the dividend distribution of agricultural listing Corporation on the current situation,introduces the concept and principle of decision tree,based on this proposed related assumptions.Finally,taking 40 Agricultural listing Corporation 2012-2014 data as sample,using decision tree algorithm,the cash dividend distribution of agricultural listing Corporation were predictive analysis.The results of the study from the asset liability show that: the asset liability ratio,monetary funds per share and the growth rate of main business income,nature of the controlling shareholder,total asset,net assets income rate influence on the distribution of cash dividends is different every year.According to the research results to optimize the agricultural listing Corporation dividend policy to put forward the following suggestion:1.On the macro aspects,we should strengthen macro-control and policy guidance:(1)Strengthen the supervision of the relevant laws and regulations of agricultural listing Corporation;(2)Guide investors to establish a correct investment concept.2.In the micro aspect,it is reasonable to adjust the internal governance mechanism of the company and make the scientific financial plan:(1)Perfecting the management structure of agricultural listing Corporation,avoid the company's internal decision-making imbalance;(2)Strengthen the management of working capital of agricultural listing Corporation;(3)Formulate financial planning scientifically and avoid arbitrary decisions.
