As a typical representative of perishable goods, imported dairy products have great research significance in today's society because of the large fluctuations, instability in demand, low residual value and the huge development space. Meanwhile, the supply chain of imported dairy products involves many countries, and a large number of nodes. All parties involved lie in the lack of coordination of supply chain, and there is a serious situation of supply chain coordination. Therefore, study on the supply chain coordination of imported dairy products is conducive to improving the utility of the participating parties in supply chain, to promote the utility of the supply chain to achieve the best; The study also conducive to the participating parties of the supply chain to understand the imported dairy market better, and promote the development of the whole industry.The development status of imported dairy products supply chain will be systematically analyzed based on the previous study and existing structure. In addition, this paper will analyze the problem and feasible countermeasures of the supply chain of imported dairy products. Through the analysis of existing problems, this paper use fairness index, a new model of supply chain coordination for imported dairy products was established on the basis of imported dairy products supply chain integration model. Then, the loss aversion is introduced to analyze the psychological behavior of the participating parties in supply chain of imported dairy products. The above model is improved; Finally, through the example analysis, the specific measures to promote the supply chain coordination of imported dairy products were put forward.
