Talent has become the company's core resources,stable and flexible human resource is the guarantee of enterprise development,and high staff turnover rate will has many adverse effects on the development of enterprise,based on WL Company,this paper will study sales staff's turnover problem.Firstly,foreign classic personnel turn-over model and domestic related research results are discussed in details.Secondly,the current situation of human resource management in the WL Company,including an overview of the company,an analysis of sales staff turnover situation and the impact on the company are discussed.Through the combination of questionnaire and interview method,the paper analyzes reasons of leaving the company and extracts the three most important factors: performance evaluation factor ? ways of employee career development and professional ability promotion ? compensation factor.Finally,aiming at these problems,the improvement of performance evaluation,reconstruction pay system and career development channels,improve recruitment are the good methods to propose specific solutions.
